About Jake

First impressions are everything; Young, driven, and passionate are just a few of Jake’s wonderful lasting impressions that previous clients have gotten a chance to embark on. Being a 19-year-old college student, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a part-time photographer is a feat that not many can accomplish. It is the drive that Jake possesses which allows him to be such a good Real Estate Agent. Meanwhile still applying the exceptional work ethic and the time to be eye candy at Avignon Realty, he still pursues time to be good at his other professions and complete working towards a college degree with a major of Marketing. With great teamwork, we are honored to have him apart of the team. Jake's passion for business since 2014 where he sold sneakers, inspired him to later steer into the world of Real Estate when he was only a senior in high school. He took a leap of faith and started his real estate career in May 2018. “After closing on a home with my clients, it is such a rewarding feeling knowing that I was able to help them in such an important step in their life,” Jake contently states, "The best sales are the ones that were thought to be impossible."
