Originally from Shreveport, Matthew has been in the real estate business since 2002. He has always had an interest in real estate and decided to become a licensed agent after he graduated with his Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. During his time as an agent, Matthew has earned several certifications such as New Home Construction (NHC), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE). These certifications are one of the many ways Matthew is able to set himself apart from other agents.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys watching his two sons play sports, spending time with his wife and watching LSU football. The most fulfilling aspect of working in the industry is the relationships he builds with his clients during the home buying/selling process. “To have the privilege to help my clients make one of the most important purchases of their lifetime makes me warm and fuzzy,” says Matthew. A quote that resonates with Matthew when he practices real estate is “Relationships over transactions.” This is why he is constantly referred to as genuine, trustworthy and hardworking by his past clients.
